Office Sales Person – Travel
Hotels, flights, car rentals, and apartments. Complete trips for frum families worldwide.
Location: Our office in Beit Shemesh
Schedule: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday
Pay: Very well paid, plus bonuses

Every trip we arrange has to work perfectly: the hotel, the flights, the car, the apartment. Frum families worldwide trust us with exactly that, and business is growing fast. One seat is missing at our sales desk in Beit Shemesh: yours. We set you up to succeed.
What you will do
- Answer every new inquiry the same day by phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Pin down exactly what the client needs: dates, travelers, budget
- Arrange the full trip: hotel, flights, car rental, and an apartment that fits
- Work directly with hotels and providers on availability, rates, and confirmations
- Send clear quotes, follow up, and close the booking
- Collect deposits and confirm every detail
- Check in with clients mid-trip and log their feedback
- Keep every lead in the CRM with a status and a next step, so nothing lives in your head
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent spoken Yiddish, English, and Hebrew
- Extremely organized: flawless CRM and follow-up discipline. This is the heart of the job.
- Confident with computers
- Clear, professional written English
- In our Beit Shemesh office full-time, Sunday to Thursday
