Fare & Award Hunter
Find cheap international flights and award tickets for families. A colleague issues them.
Location: Work from home, Philippines
Schedule: Full time, Sunday to Thursday
Hours: About 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time
Pay: Very well paid, plus bonuses
How we hire: you will record your voice answering a real work scenario, and you will show us work you did (a screen recording or a sample). We do this so we only meet people who can already do the job. If that feels like too much, this is not the seat.
Who we are
We are a travel office in Israel. We already have an Amadeus issuer. We already have a points desk that buys and sells miles as inventory. What we do not have is the person who can take a family of six, Shabbos constraints, two infants, and come back the same day with three honest options. You find it. A colleague tickets it. You work Sundays. Your weekend is Friday and Saturday.
What you will do
- Research cash fares and award space for named family trips
- Present 2–3 real options with rules, change penalties, and Shabbos risk written down
- Know when an award is a trap and say so
- Hand the Amadeus agent a brief they can issue from — fare basis, airline, what would break it
- Never promise a fare you can no longer see
REQUIREMENTS
- Years of finding international flights for other people (agency, consolidator, or a serious award desk)
- Named tools: at least two of Google Flights, ITA Matrix, ExpertFlyer, AwardTool, seats.aero, Point.me, airline.com, a GDS
- One cheap-cash or award booking you can describe: program, route, year, what you saved
- You understand Friday landings, no Saturday flights, and infant laps vs seats
- Fluent English on a mic — we will watch a live search you record today
- Two references from travel or ticketing work
A PLUS
- Award programs you have actually ticketed (not just blogged about)
- A second GDS
- Error-fare judgment without gambling the client's money
- Hebrew or Yiddish is a plus, not required

We keep it quick. Usually under one week from a serious application. We do not do a long interview until you have done the work in front of us.
HOW TO APPLY
The application takes about 20 minutes: two voice recordings (one is a kosher-family routing) plus an 8–12 minute screen recording from today of you searching that trip with prices or miles visible. A typed list with no search UI fails. We do not interview people we have not heard and watched.
