Hiring Lead
Find adults who can do the job. Run the recording funnel. Protect the founder's time.
Location: Work from home, Philippines
Schedule: Full time, Sunday to Thursday
Hours: About 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time
Pay: Very well paid, plus bonuses
How we hire: you will record your voice answering a real work scenario, and you will show us work you did (a screen recording or a sample). We do this so we only meet people who can already do the job. If that feels like too much, this is not the seat.
Who we are
We are a travel office in Israel. We already hired a ticketing agent through OnlineJobs.ph and a recording form we built ourselves. The founder will not spend his life interviewing. Someone has to run that machine every week so he only hears the last three people. This is a hiring operator, not an HR handbook writer. Your weekend is Friday and Saturday; daily overlap with Israel is required.
What you will do
- Keep the job posts alive and honest on OnlineJobs.ph and our apply site
- Listen to every voice recording the same day it lands
- A written kill list so the founder hears 3–5 people per seat, not 80
- Schedule the paid live work-sample, send the challenge file 15 minutes before, host if needed
- Call the references. Keep the admin clean. Never lose a good one
REQUIREMENTS
- You have hired people before — agency, BPO, or in-house — not just posted jobs
- You can write a job post that makes the wrong people bounce
- You protect the founder's calendar like it is your product
- Fluent English on a mic — we will hear you score three sample applicants out loud
- Relentless follow-up. You close loops.
- Two references from hiring or operations work

- You have used OnlineJobs.ph, OnlineJobs, or a similar PH talent pool as an employer
- You have run a work-sample instead of a "culture interview"
- You have fired or rejected your own cousin when they could not do the job
- Travel-industry hiring is a plus, not required

HOW TO APPLY
The application takes about 20 minutes: two voice recordings plus a 6–10 minute camera-and-screen Loom where you score three sample applicants we give you. If you advance all three, you fail. We do not interview people we have not heard.
