Marketing Manager
Own the pipeline. Pages, search, campaigns, and a Monday number.
Location: Work from home, Philippines
Schedule: Full time, Sunday to Thursday
Hours: About 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time
Pay: Very well paid, plus bonuses
How we hire: you will record your voice answering a real work scenario, and you will show us work you did (a screen recording or a sample). We do this so we only meet people who can already do the job. If that feels like too much, this is not the seat.
Who we are
We are a travel office in Israel. The hotel site already gets inquiries. The flight desk still lives on trust and word of mouth. The founder is the only person who can ship a page or a campaign, and he does not have the hours. This seat owns pipeline — not "posting." You work Sundays. Your weekend is Friday and Saturday.
What you will do
- Ship a weekly plan: what we publish, what we touch on the money pages, what we measure
- Keep the live hotel and trip pages true, clear, and converting
- Run search and content that already works for families booking serious travel
- Simple paid tests only when organic and owned channels are humming
- A Monday number: inquiries that became quotes. UTMs. No vanity screenshots
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years marketing where you owned a number (leads, bookings, or revenue)
- One campaign you can describe with: time or money in, output, result
- You have used GA4 or Google Search Console to make a decision, not just to log in
- Clear written English for a careful family audience (no nightlife tone)
- Fluent English on a mic — we will hear a live critique of our actual site
- Two references from marketing work
