Outbound Sales Caller
Cold calls and sales, all day. A list, a phone, a close or a next step.
Location: Work from home, Philippines
Schedule: Full time, Sunday to Thursday
Hours: About 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time
Pay: Very well paid, plus bonuses
How we hire: you will record your voice answering a real work scenario, and you will show us work you did (a screen recording or a sample). We do this so we only meet people who can already do the job. If that feels like too much, this is not the seat.
Who we are
We are a travel office in Israel. Inbound leads already get answered. Closers already exist. What we do not have is a desk that picks up the phone and creates the next booking. You work a list. You dial. You do not wait for the chat to ping. You work Sundays. Your weekend is Friday and Saturday.
What you will do
- Work a daily list: past guests, web leads who did not book, and names we hand you
- Open the call in the first ten seconds without sounding like a robot or a survey
- Ask before you pitch — dates, who is traveling, what stopped them last time
- Book a deposit on the call when it is there, or a same-day callback for the closer when it is not
- Log every dial, every result, and the next date in the CRM before you touch the next name
REQUIREMENTS
- Years of outbound sales or appointment-setting as your actual job — not inbound chat, not "I am willing to learn"
- A normal day for you was tens of dials, not five
- A voice we can put on an American or English-speaking family without cringing
- You can take "not this year" and still leave with a date or a no — you do not argue and you do not fold
- Fluent English on a mic — we will hear you make the call, not describe one
- Two references from sales or calling work
A PLUS
- Travel, hotel, or tourism sales
- You have closed a deposit on the phone, not only set an appointment
- Yiddish or Hebrew is a plus, not required
- You already know Friday afternoon is a bad time to call a religious family
