Location: Work from home, Philippines

Schedule: Full time, Sunday to Thursday

Hours: About 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time

Pay: Very well paid, plus bonuses

How we hire: you will record your voice answering a real work scenario, and you will show us work you did (a screen recording or a sample). We do this so we only meet people who can already do the job. If that feels like too much, this is not the seat.

Who we are

We are a travel office in Israel. The founder builds fast: sites, staff portals, WhatsApp numbers, booking forms, phones. Things go live while they are still mid-development. The team is then expected to use them with no training. Four WhatsApps. Hardware that nobody owns. That is the fire. You are the adult who sequences the work, trains the people, and will not let a fifth thing ship until the fourth one is boring. You work Sundays. Your weekend is Friday and Saturday.

What you will do

Keep a living map of every tool, WhatsApp number, phone, laptop, login, and deploy — one page the founder does not have to remember
Gate every rollout: no tool reaches Kimberly, John, Sruly, or a chat agent until there is a 15-minute training and a one-page "how to"
Own hardware and phones: chargers, headsets, SIMs, backup internet, who has which device, what happens when it dies at 4pm
Sequence the founder. Four things in the air becomes one thing live, one thing in training, two things frozen
When something breaks, you are the first call — and you write down the fix so it is not a hero story next time

REQUIREMENTS

Years owning IT or internal tools for a team, not only your own laptop
Proof you rolled a tool out to people who were not technical — and they actually used it the next week
Hands-on across hardware (laptops, phones, headsets) AND software (Workspace, a CRM or portal, DNS/email, a phone or WhatsApp stack)
You can tell a founder "this is not ready for the team" without a 12-page memo
Fluent English on a mic — we will hear you plan a messy week, then watch you train someone
Two references from people you supported or trained, not only from a developer who likes your code

WhatsApp Business, a self-hosted chat bridge, Telnyx, Twilio, or 3CX
You have written SOPs that a new hire followed without you on the call
You have been the person who got paged when a form or a phone died
You have said no to a fifth tool while the fourth was still on fire

We keep it quick. Usually under one week from a serious application. We do not do a long interview until you have done the work in front of us.

HOW TO APPLY

The application takes about 20 minutes: two voice recordings (one is four WhatsApps and a half-built form) plus a Loom of you actually training a non-technical person. A slide deck fails. We do not interview people we have not heard and watched teach.
